STEP NO.1: First of all you have to go on the website which is given here click here and for the ENGLISH language tap on the left upper corner option
STEP NO.2: As you are proceeding with the registration and verification for the new birth babies tap on the newly born option which is given right under the E -E-E-E-envelope. SCREENSAVER is given below,
STEP NO.3: after doing the previous step another page will appear in the language of ARABIC. if you want to continue with the language English then press for the English option. they will ask you for some details such as:
- civil id number in digits of the newly born baby
- civil id number in digits of the father of the newly born
- civil id number in digits of the mother of the newly born
give them these above-given details and continue this process by pressing the continue option. another image is given below.
STEP NO.4: In this step, you have to give your mobile phone no. in digits for verification. after putting your smartphone number tap on the option of verification by which they can send you the code. we will insert an image right down.
Doing the previous step you will get a code of verification on to your mobile phone number. then just put that code in the box and verify it. then you will be able to see another page on your screen. the screenshot is under.
STEP NO.5: Enter the details of the documents. such as
- newly born baby’s blood group (NOTE: when a baby is born the officials of the hospitals or the place where the baby is born gives you a sheet in which the blood group of a baby is given. put the details)

AFTER the procedure you have followed in the office please take the number of the token of your and do not hesitate in giving all the required details of your personal documents and on your return you should follow the civil id status they will mention you to pay the payment of five (5 K.D) 2021.

WAYS TO GET RID OF FINE OF TWENTY (20) K.D
This penalty fine can only remove if you have been able to apply the application of civil id status of the new birth baby within sixty days after he/she is born.
